Does CityGrip have an office in Dhaka?

Not a walk-in branch yet. We serve Dhaka clients entirely on WhatsApp, with document collection and courier handled securely. Our Bangladesh file-processing team is based at our Sylhet Zindabazar office and our UK partner work is handled by our London E10 head office. Most Dhaka clients never need to travel - only the VFS / embassy biometric appointment is in person.

How do I get my documents to you if I am in Dhaka?

Three options: WhatsApp scans for initial review (99% of our file audits run this way), secure courier for originals (we arrange pick-up from your Dhaka address), or in-person at the Sylhet office if you are travelling. We never ask for originals until the application specifically requires them.

Can you handle my UK student visa from Dhaka without me travelling?

Yes - most UK student visa files for Dhaka clients run with zero travel to Sylhet. Passport, academic documents, CAS from your university, bank proof and IHS payment. We prepare and review the online application together on a call, you submit and book biometrics at VFS Dhaka.
